International Shipping
We ship as quickly as possible. If all items are in stock, orders are usually shipped within 3 days of order placement, and in most cases even faster. If not in stock, there will be a delay of one week.
However, during peak times (new product launches and holidays), you need to allow a few days for processing. Please note: we have no control over where your package goes once it arrives at the post office, but we will provide a tracking number.
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.
Once the order payment is successful, we usually ship the next business day.
If the product is out of stock, we will contact the buyer to coordinate.
We have two warehouses. After the item is shipped, it is estimated to be shipped from the EU warehouse in 5 to 7 business days by land; from the origin, it is estimated to be shipped in 7 to 14 business days by air.
EU warehouse: For orders under €60, shipping is €10; for orders over €60, shipping is free.
Origin warehouse:Shipping is €6 for orders under €60; free shipping is available for orders over €60.
